**The Role**

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. You'll work remotely, collaborating with our global team to resolve technical issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our platform. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
* Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner.
* Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Diagnose and resolve issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
* Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them to restore normal operation of services as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on business and activities caused by IT failures.
* Activate the Support Analyst in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive calls for control and evaluation of performance.
* Summarize monthly services and consequences in a spreadsheet and send it to your superior for consideration.
* Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by your supervisor.

**Requirements:**

* Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
* Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
* Strong technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

**Work Schedule:**

* Monday - Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo
* 48 hours per week
