Position Summary: Ensure our product teams can measure the success of our features (value, success metrics, and leading indicators) across the website and app through development of actionable reporting throughout the portfolio.

Responsibilities
Β• Partners with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators, across features on a portfolio roadmap.

Β• Translates the Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents and partners to ensure tags are ready for reporting purposes upon go-live across multiple reporting platforms.
,
Β• Leverages various analytics tools and techniques to collect and analyze data from websites, mobile apps, and other digital and call channels. Provides insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience and drive better website containment and member engagement.

Β• Collaborates with partners across the enterprise to synthesize reporting and analysis to support product optimization and development. Communicates insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Β• Conducts user journey analysis, analyzes navigation paths, and evaluates the usability of websites or mobile apps.

Β• Collaborates on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Β• Acts as a subject matter expert to promote digital analytics knowledge through professional development, training, and certifications; and stays updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging tools and technologies.

Requirements
Β• 2+ years of experience working with product management team.
,
Β• 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool.
,
Β• 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards.
,
Β• 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics.

Nice-to-haves
Β• Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics.

Β• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
,
Β• Experience with Safe/ agile delivery.
