We partner with early-stage founders and actively support portfolio companies beyond capital. Responsibilities Manage operational and reporting processes for portfolio companies Act as a key point of contact between Nomea VC and founders Track KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics across the portfolio Support founders with fundraising, go-to-market, and operational topics Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and updates for partners Coordinate legal, financial, and compliance-related processes Help improve internal workflows and portfolio management tools ✅ Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, venture capital, startups, consulting, or finance Strong organizational and project management skills Solid understanding of the startup lifecycle and VC processes Interest in blockchain, Web3, and emerging technologies Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ➕ Nice to Have Experience working with VC funds or portfolio startups Knowledge of Web3 business models, token-based projects, or DeFi Financial or legal operations background Experience with Notion, Airtable, CRM, or portfolio management tools What We Offer Work with a global blockchain-focused VC fund Direct exposure to high-growth Web3 startups Fully remote setup with flexible working hours Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses High level of ownership and autonomy Lean team with strong founder-focused culture Apply tot his job
