Portfolio Manager – Commercial Real Estate
Job Description:
• Interacting with cross-vertical CRE Deal Team members after a new loan closes
• Ensuring all customer financial reporting/covenants are collected on time
• Complete analysis and documentation to achieve credit actions
• Conduct site visits and work to gain market expertise
• Serve as client contact/resource/advocate for portfolio-related issues
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management within Commercial Banking
• Strong communicator
• Expert interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and management experience
