About the position

Private Banking is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Portfolio Management Services Team. The Portfolio Management Service Team is a highly-coveted group of quick-thinking, problem solving individuals within SEI that set a high bar of superior customer service and project management within the US Private Banking Business. What you will do: • Supporting client suite of Portfolio Management Products • Incorporating workflows, procedures and outputs that will serve as the base offering for our clients • Troubleshooting clients questions regarding portfolio management functionality • Resolve time-critical trading, reporting and day to day trading activities • Training and Documentation of Procedures • Coordinating communication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient support for platform delivery and product development teams related to the clients portfolio management needs What we need from you: • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Industry • Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows What we would like from you: • Strong relationship management skills • Strong technical proficiency and communication skills • Strong time management skills • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately • Ability to be flexible and adapt to role and organizational changes • Patience Experience with the following is preferred, but not required: • Experience in Advent Moxy /Axys Products • Experience in SEI systems including PME, SEI Wealth Platform and Trust 3000 • Microsoft Office Suite of products • SQL or Enterprise Manager SEI’s competitive advantage: To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive care for your physical and mental well-being, a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, a hybrid working environment for most roles, support for working parents and flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about. Responsibilities
