Founded by a father-son team, we excel in helping campaigns and organizations build meaningful connections with voters. Our team has successfully knocked on over 1 million doors across the U.S., contributing to key campaign victories.
We prioritize professionalism, integrity, and results, serving clients ranging from local campaigns to large national efforts. Based in Las Vegas, we operate with a nationwide reach.

Lone Mountain Strategies runs field and outreach programs for some of the biggest names in conservative politics. Senators. Governors. National PACs. Congressional campaigns. We are looking for sharp, hungry students who want in.
What you actually do:
You become an outreach partner on our team. You call, email, and connect with political directors, campaign managers, state party EDs, and consultants across the country. We give you the leads, the script, the templates, the playbook. You bring the hustle.
When a meeting books, you get paid. When a lead converts to a contract, you get paid more. There is no cap.
Who you will be talking to:
Real people running real campaigns. Senate political directors. Governor campaign managers. National committee staff. Top tier consulting firms. The people who actually move money and decisions in conservative politics. By the end of cycle you will have a Rolodex most 30 year olds in this industry would kill for.
What you get out of it:
• Money (commission with no cap)
• A book of contacts in conservative politics that compounds for the rest of your career
• Real sales and political ops experience that hits different on a resume
• Direct mentorship from operators who have run programs in NV, AZ, PA, GA, and nationally
• A reference letter from our team for every partner who hits their numbers
• The shot to land your own contract. Last month 3 of our partners closed deals on their own.
Who we want:
• Comfortable on the phone
• Good at Linkdin Outreach
• Self motivated. You set your own hours. We do not babysit.
• Interested in conservative politics, campaigns, government, or entrepreneurship
• Coachable. We will train you on everything.
• Bonus if you have campaign, sales, or political club experience, but not required
