Polish Speaking Content Moderator - Work in Sofia
Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our online community by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Polish. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards.
ā¢ Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies and guidelines.
ā¢ Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
ā¢ Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation strategies.
ā¢ Work collaboratively with team members to improve moderation processes and practices.
ā¢ Stay updated on company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement.
ā¢ Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
ā¢ Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
ā¢ Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
ā¢ Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
ā¢ Willingness to work in Sofia and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment.
ā¢ Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
