Policy Research Intern – Public Sector

Required Skills and Qualifications • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or recent graduate program in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related fields. • Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., STATA, R, Python) is a plus.• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Interest in public sector policy, governance, and social impact initiatives. Experience • Prior experience in research projects, academic publications, or policy-related internships is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience with data collection, analysis, or survey research is a strong advantage. Working Hours • Internship duration typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks. • Flexible work hours depending on project requirements; remote or hybrid options may be available.• Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week, depending on program structure.
