The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and passionate about public policy, governance, and research-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities β€’ Conduct comprehensive research on public sector policy issues, including data collection, literature reviews, and case studies. β€’ Assist in drafting reports, policy briefs, and summaries for internal and external audiences. β€’ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support policy recommendations. β€’ Collaborate with senior researchers to identify trends, policy gaps, and emerging challenges. β€’ Participate in team meetings, webinars, and policy discussions to gain insight into public sector initiatives.β€’ Support the dissemination of research findings via presentations, infographics, or digital platforms. β€’ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all research outputs. Required Skills and Qualifications β€’ Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or recent graduate program in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related fields. β€’ Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. β€’ Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., STATA, R, Python) is a plus.β€’ Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. β€’ Interest in public sector policy, governance, and social impact initiatives. Experience β€’ Prior experience in research projects, academic publications, or policy-related internships is preferred but not mandatory. β€’ Experience with data collection, analysis, or survey research is a strong advantage. Working Hours β€’ Internship duration typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks. β€’ Flexible work hours depending on project requirements; remote or hybrid options may be available.β€’ Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week, depending on program structure.
