Policy Consultant / Expert – U.S. Foreign Policy, Transatlantic Relations, and Trade Policy

Job Description: We are seeking experienced consultants with proven expertise in U.S. foreign policy, transatlantic relations, international trade, economic strategy, diplomacy, or national security The ideal candidate brings first-hand experience within Washington’s policy community and can deliver sharp, analytical insights relevant to policymakers and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research and analysis on U.S. foreign policy, trade relations, defense, and economic strategy. • Develop evidence-based policy reports and strategic briefs. • Provide insight into the interplay between U.S. domestic priorities and global engagements. • Contribute thought leadership on emerging issues. Preferred Background: • Experience with State Department, Commerce, Treasury, Defense, or think tanks focused on foreign policy, economics or trade. • Publications or consulting work on trade policy, alliances, global markets, or military strategy. • Demonstrated understanding of Washington’s international policy and decision-making ecosystem. Location: It is a remote job with location requirement based in Washington, D.C., or with strong professional experience in Washington’s policy or consulting ecosystem. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Trade, Foreign Affairs, and Security, or related disciplines.
