In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bringing our audio projects to life, from concept development through to final delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead the production of multiple podcast series from conceptualization to launch. • Develop compelling episode structures, scripts, and interview questions. • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and enrich content. • Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-interview preparation. • Record, edit, mix, and master audio to professional broadcast standards. • Implement sound design elements, music, and voiceovers to enhance listener engagement. • Collaborate with hosts, guests, and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and quality. • Oversee post-production workflows, including transcriptions and show notes. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine production techniques. • Ensure timely delivery of all podcast episodes according to production schedules. Required Skills • Proven experience as a Podcast Producer or similar audio production role. • Expert proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, or Audacity. • Strong understanding of audio engineering, mixing, and mastering principles. • Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities. • Superior organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently. • Proficiency in recording remote interviews and managing audio quality in various environments.
