About this position:Are you passionate about storytelling through video and audio? We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, and self-starting Podcast Producer to bring our podcast network to life—from concept to final cut. In this role, you’ll be involved in the podcast strategy, ideation, planning, and end-to-end production process, ensuring everything we produce is remarkable, compelling, and optimized for distribution.What you'll be doing:StrategyDevelop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals and audience interestsCollaborate with marketing and wider content team to integrate the podcast into broader campaignsTrack key performance metrics and make ongoing improvements to grow listenership and engagementTechnical/ExecutionManage the full production process including recording, editing, sound design, and publishingCoordinate remote or in-studio recordings, ensuring high-quality audio and video captureSource and manage music, sound effects, and third-party audio assets as neededMaintain podcast publishing platforms and metadata accuracy (titles, show notes, links)Team / CollaborationWork closely with hosts, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth production processPrep hosts and guests with briefing materials and coordinate interview logisticsSupport promotional efforts by collaborating with design and social teams to create episode assetsResearch/Best PracticesStay current on podcast trends, formats, and tools to continually improve our showBenchmark competitor podcasts and identify opportunities for innovationWe are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. Our approach to compensation:We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.Salary Range: $115,000 - 120,000 Where we workWe have offices in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Chicago, IL; and Vancouver, WA.
