• About the Opportunity:

The P&O Manager role is focused on delivering HR leadership and strategic support across multiple sites or functions. The position drives implementation of key HR initiatives in talent management, performance, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and compensation. It plays a critical role in executing recruitment strategies for various professional, managerial, administrative, and operational roles. The position also involves employee relations, retention, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation, and training, contributing directly to the effectiveness and alignment of human resources with business goals.
• Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business initiatives
• Lead change management efforts including transition planning and communication
• Develop and maintain recruitment processes to attract and retain talent
• Implement and manage employee and labor relations programs and policies
• Facilitate training and development programs, including orientation
• Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees for problem resolution
• Coordinate and maintain employee recognition programs
• Administer HR programs in compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recommend improvements
• Shape and lead local employee relations strategy ensuring legal compliance
• Support consultation and negotiation with employee bodies when needed
• Promote diversity initiatives within the assigned region
• Ensure timely communication and administration of HR deliverables
• Generate and analyze data to support business cases and meet regulatory requirements
• Travel as required to support Central/Western US locations
• Requirements:

• Experience providing HR leadership in partnership with business leaders
• Proven ability to manage talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Knowledge of employee and labor relations, compensation, and performance management
• Ability to deliver coaching, training, and employee development
• Strong skills in change management and organizational transformation
• Experience with legal compliance in HR policies and procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected base pay range is $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually
• Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and applicable laws and policies
