PMO Project Manager (Transportation Technologies)
Location: Middletown, PA
Duration: 3+ months
Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid
Description of Duties:
⢠Manage and coordinate activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
⢠Develop and maintain project plans and other necessary artifacts following established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
⢠Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
⢠Perform project management duties through the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
⢠Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
⢠Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
⢠Adhere to the PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
⢠Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role as assigned by the Commission.
Desired Skillset:
⢠Minimum of five (5) years of expertise in managing projects of various sizes and subject matters, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
⢠Experience with Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks, and Unified Communication technology.
⢠Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
⢠Experience with ServiceNow in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
⢠Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
⢠Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
