PMHNP - Massachusetts - Addiction Medicine & Psychiatry (Remote / Multi-State)

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with a strong background in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This role supports patients through virtual outpatient services and In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) programs.

Providers must be licensed and able to prescribe independently in the state(s) they support.

States : CT, MA, IN, NH, KY, OH, VA, GA, ME, RI, FL

Responsibilities
• Conduct initial and follow-up visits for both substance use and psychiatric disorders
• Provide MAT induction, management, and follow-up care
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and BPS assessments
• AmbD initial and discharge visits
• Consultations (initial + follow-ups)
• Care coordination and SOT visits
• Review treatment plans and other clinical documents
• Deliver IHAT services, including intake assessments and care coordination

Requirements
• Active PMHNP license and prescribing authority in applicable state(s)
• Must have SUD experience
• Experience with MAT, psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing med management
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and comfort with virtual care
• Ability to participate in weekend on-call rotation
