Oracle PL/SQL DeveloperRemoteJob Description :Skill Set : Oracle PL/SQL and Shell scripting - Unix or LinuxWe are looking for a skilled PL/SQL Oracle Developer to develop and optimize database solutions. You will be responsible for writing efficient PL/SQL code, tuning queries, and supporting database applications.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.Perform SQL query optimization, database performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate recurring tasks and batch jobs.Monitor and maintain database applications ensuring high availability and reliability.Work with cross-functional teams (DBAs, Developers, System Admins) for seamless delivery.Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.Prepare and maintain technical documentation.Required Skills:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 5 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.Strong expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting (Bash, Korn, etc.).Experience with database design and relational concepts.Strong problem-solving and debugging skillEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
