We're seeking a *Playtest Operations II specialist *to support our client's gaming research team. Our client, a leading game development company, is committed to *player-centered research*. This* temporary role is based in Los Angeles, requiring hybrid--on-site Mon-Thu--work.* This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead participant recruitment and optimize research workflows.
*Playtest Operations II - Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for playtests and qualitative research studies, including participant intake, scheduling, and follow-up.
* Communicate clearly and consistently with players to ensure engagement and accurate information sharing.
* Assist in developing screening processes and sampling strategies to meet study requirements.
* Use judgment to enhance recruitment quality and reduce bias, focusing on participant vetting.
* Track recruitment metrics, identify issues, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
*Playtest Operations II - Qualifications:*

* Over 3 years of experience in research or participant recruiting roles, with proven independent ownership of logistics.
* Knowledge of qualitative recruiting practices, including screening, quota management, and data integrity.
* Comfortable managing communications, scheduling, and incentives with high attention to detail.
* Experience working with third-party vendors for participant rescreening and recruitment.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field; familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
