Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (3+ Years Experience)

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team in Chicago. This is a high-impact, trial-focused position offering significant hands-on experience and the opportunity to manage a robust caseload while developing strong litigation skills.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from inception through pre-trial stages
ā¢ Conduct case investigations, evaluate liability and damages, and develop case strategy
ā¢ Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
ā¢ Take and defend depositions, including plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses
ā¢ Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
ā¢ Prepare cases thoroughly for trial, including pre-trial motions, mediation, and trial strategy
ā¢ Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
Qualifications
ā¢ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
ā¢ Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
ā¢ Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
ā¢ Strong experience handling cases from intake through pre-trial preparation
ā¢ Trial experience is not required, but candidates must be comfortable preparing cases up to trial
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
