Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury/auto accidents/injuries/traumatic injuries/slip & fall/premises liability/dog bites matters.
ā¢ Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
ā¢ Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
ā¢ Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
ā¢ Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
ā¢ Admitted to practice law in CA.
ā¢ Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
ā¢ Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 ā $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
