Pinterest Growth Lead – Build From Scratch Remote, Part-Time
About the Role We’re an herbal beverage company scaling rapidly across ecommerce and wholesale. We’re now expanding into Pinterest as a dedicated growth channel and looking for someone to build it from the ground up. This is not a scheduling-only role. You’ll be responsible for setting up the Pinterest system, defining the content strategy, and owning performance across impressions, clicks, and link traffic. You'll be working closely with the founder to align with SEO and content goals. What You’ll Do Build and organize a full board structure based on Pinterest SEO and brand strategy Design and post 5–10 optimized pins per day using Canva and Pinterest’s built-in scheduling tools Do keyword research and write effective, search-friendly pin titles and descriptions Repurpose our UGC, product photos, and blog content into branded, high-performing pins Track performance weekly and make proactive content and pinning decisions based on data Align Pinterest content with broader blog, Amazon, and wholesale strategy Recommend improvements to the visual and content strategy month to month Requirements 2+ years experience managing Pinterest for product-based or ecommerce brands Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO, keyword research, and Pinterest Trends Solid design skills using Canva Experience managing Pinterest manually or with simple scheduling workflows Ability to self-manage, follow a high-level strategy, and report performance metrics clearly Portfolio or samples that show pin quality and board structure Nice to Have Experience launching a Pinterest account from zero Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon listings, or herbal/wellness space Light copywriting experience for blog excerpts or captions Role Details 11–15 hours per week to start Fully remote, async-friendly Long-term role with room to grow if performance is strong How to Apply Please send: Links to Pinterest accounts you've built or managed 2–3 examples of pins you’ve designed (with metrics if available) A short outline of how you would approach building our Pinterest from scratch Your hourly rate and weekly availability Apply tot his job
