Pinterest Ads Specialist – Home Decor Brand
We are looking for a Pinterest Ads expert to fully set up and manage our advertising campaigns. We run an e-commerce brand in the high-end home decor niche, targeting men and women aged 40+. We already have strong experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, but we now want to build a solid acquisition channel on Pinterest — and we don’t have the time to handle it internally. Your Responsibilities: -Build a clear strategy for acquisition, testing, and scaling. -Create, structure, and optimize Pinterest Ads campaigns. -Test different creatives, audiences, and formats. -Monitor performance (ROAS, CTR, conversions), optimize, and suggest improvements. -Maintain regular communication with our team (weekly call + simple reporting). Requirements: -Proven experience with Pinterest Ads (please share concrete results). -Strong background in DTC e-commerce advertising. -Experience in home decor / lifestyle / visual products is a big plus. -Ability to manage an ad account independently from A to Z. -Proactive mindset and ability to bring actionable ideas.
