About the Role: We are seeking a creative, data-driven Pinterest Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads, a deep understanding of visual content marketing, and a strong ability to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness through strategic campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing Pinterest advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. You will own the channel end-to-end and play a key role in driving measurable revenue growth. This is a full-time remote role designed for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, takes full ownership, and is motivated by delivering results. Requirements: • 3–5+ years of experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts for eCommerce brands. • Proven track record of increasing visibility, engagement, and conversions through Pinterest. • Deep understanding of Pinterest algorithms, trends, and analytics tools. • Solid grasp of visual branding and content trends on Pinterest. • Strong creative eye for pin design, branding, and storytelling that resonates with target customers. • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): • Develop and own CGK Linens’ Pinterest strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and sales. • Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging pins aligned with our brand and catalog. • Set up, monitor, and optimize Pinterest ad campaigns (traffic, conversions, awareness, etc.). • Monitor and analyze performance metrics; prepare reports on KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, saves, and conversions. • Recommend actionable strategies based on performance data. • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand pin creatives. • Provide input on visual direction based on performance data and Pinterest trends.
