If the role interests you and you would like to be considered we encourage you to apply!The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent computer skills, analytical skills and the confidence to make independent decisions to join the Scotts Flight Department as a Pilot.This position is located at Port Columbus Airport (CMH), in Columbus OH.What youâll do in this role:Complete aircraft specific training on company aircraftPerform "Pilot in Command" duties on company aircraft on company assigned trips for domestic and international flights ensuring that all flight planning requirements have been met.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and foreign regulations; as well as company policies and procedures.Safely conduct all assigned company flights with an emphasis on customer serviceApproximately 450 flight hours per yearParticipate in and conduct Safety and Operational TrainingMaintain aircraft appearance and stock post flightCrew will have various non-flying responsibilities related to the operation of the department.Data entryWhat youâll need to be successful:Airline Transport Pilot License2000 hours minimum; 500 hours PIC Turbine minimumFirst Class Medical required for international travelCitation 525 or Citation Longitude type ratingExcellent safety recordFAR Part 91/135 Flight Department experienceFlexibility in their schedule and can deal with a dynamic 24/7, 365 flight operationAbility to operate in a demanding and high-change environment while remaining professional at all timesBachelorâs Degree focused in Aviation (preferred)The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $156,900.00 - $184,600.00 per year.
