Physiotherapist
VMCH – At Home Aged Care | Melbourne
VMCH is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our At Home Aged Care Allied Health team on a 6‑month fixed term contract.
This is a community‑based role, supporting older people to remain independent and safe in their own homes through high‑quality, client‑centred physiotherapy services.
Key responsibilities
Deliver physiotherapy assessments and interventions in clients’ homes
Develop and implement goal‑focused treatment plans
Support mobility, balance, reablement and overall safety
Complete professional documentation and reports
Work collaboratively with clients, carers and internal stakeholders
About you
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current general AHPRA registration
Ability to work independently in a community setting
Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills
Current Victorian driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Interest or experience in aged care or community health
