What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Advise physician candidates and clients in the academics sector on recruitment processes
Source and screen physician candidates, building rapport through phone calls and emails
Present opportunity information effectively and respond to candidate inquiries
Drive physician marketing campaign efforts while managing the overall recruiting process
Consult with clients and make recommendations throughout the recruiting process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience required
Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
Ability to travel up to 25%
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic aligned with core values of commitment, integrity, and trust
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Consultative sales experience is a plus
Experience working within academic institutions or teaching hospitals
