A recognized medical services network has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newDental Claims Cash Poster.
This a Remote opportunity; however, the qualified professional must be able to work EST hours.
Responsibilities:
The Dental Claims Cash Poster (Remote) will:
Ā Receive payments from insurance companies, patients, or third-party payers
Ā Verify the accuracy of payment information, including the amount received, date of payment, and payment method
Ā Enter payment details into the practice management or billing software accurately
Ā Reconcile payments received with the corresponding dental insurance claims
Ā Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the expected payment and the actual payment received
Ā Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions related to dental claims
Ā Keep track of payment trends, denials, and other relevant financial data
Ā Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Ā 5 years of Collections / Follow-up experience, including at least 3 years of experience with Cash Posting
Ā 2+ years of experience with dental claims
Ā High School Diploma / GED
Ā Proactive and Metrics Driven approach to efficiently working collections
Ā Customer service oriented
Desired Skills:
Ā Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
