We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in various clinical settings, including urgent care and medical-surgical environments. This position requires a strong commitment to patient health, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories from patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Perform procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatment and other clinical interventions as required.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize electronic health record systems, specifically Epic, for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients in various settings, including ICU, ensuring compliance with infection control measures.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Proficiency in medical coding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in urgent care or ICU settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices within clinical environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
