You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85 Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up.
