Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience. 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required after submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. Additional Details Physical Therapist - Outpatient Required Skills/Experience: Must have ortho experience Manual Therapy Experience Required Types of Patients on Unit: Geriatric Orthopedics Post Op and NON Operative. Equipment Used on Unit: Traction, Basic Rehab Equipment Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios: 45 min one on one sessions 52 scheduled patients per week. Special Requests: All contingency request must be on the submission form Shift & Scheduling: Shift: Week Days, 5x8, (Option 1 5 x 8 hours OR Option 2 3x 9 hours, 1x 5 hours, 1x 8 hour) 5 days maximum time off.
