Physical Therapist- Mobile Outpatient

Luna empowers physical therapists by providing flexibility, steady referrals, and the ability to set their own schedules and caseloads, aiming to reduce burnout and enhance patient care. Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality outpatient PT care in the patient’s home
• Create and follow individualized care plans
• Manage your own schedule via Luna’s platform
• Practice at the top of your license with autonomy
Requirements
• Active Physical Therapist license
• Able to travel within your selected coverage area
• Comfort with mobile, in-home outpatient care
• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
Nice-to-haves
• Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for the position

• $75-82 per visit
• No productivity requirements
• See patients 1:1 in the home (mobile outpatient)
