Physical Therapist — Outpatient -- Geriatrics & Cardiopulmonary Location: Monroeville, PA About us Lifeline Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with eight Pittsburgh-area clinics. We focus on clinical quality, patient relationships, and steady professional growth. About the role We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for our Monroeville clinic with a primary focus on geriatrics and cardiopulmonary care and a typical outpatient orthopedic mix . You’ll also help support a secondary prevention & wellness / lifestyle medicine track. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat older adults and cardiopulmonary patients; manage related orthopedic needs (gait, balance, strength, pain, post-op). Build individualized, evidence-based plans of care (graded exercise, endurance training, pacing/breathing strategies, manual therapy as appropriate, education). Contribute to prevention & wellness programming (falls risk reduction, activity coaching, HEP adherence, community resources). Communicate with patients/families and referring providers; document clearly and on time . Collaborate with other PTs and clinic staff; participate in case reviews/in-services. Qualifications Required: Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility). Preferred: Interest/experience in geriatrics and/or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation ; comfortable in an outpatient setting with an outpatient orthopedic mix. Strong communication, reliability, and team mindset. New grads with a geriatric/cardiopulmonary interest are welcome. Compensation & benefits Pay: Competitive, commensurate with experience and skills PTO: 3+ weeks minimum CEU support: Continuing education encouraged.
