Fri: 1:305PM MST
Pay Structure
• ~$1,000 paid training (50 hrs)
• Full commission post-training
• $100K+ OTE | No Cap
Role Highlights
• Sell high-ticket ($3K+) programs via Zoom/phone
• Pre-set live leads onlyno cold outreach
• Manage CRM, follow-up pipeline, and notes in real time
• Hit metrics: 35%+ close rate, $2350+ dollar-per-pitch
Requirements
• 2+ years recent B2C phone/Zoom closing
• Minimum $3K offer closed
• 50%+ of income from commission (last 12 months)
• Max 3 jobs in last 5 years (1 with 2+ year tenure)
• CRM + VOIP experience (HubSpot a plus)
• Strong script adherence, pipeline discipline, coachability
• Must have been formally recognized for sales performance
