Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative - Freedom Fertility - VFP - Remote, MA

As a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative, you will use your data entry skills to ensure patients receive the prescriptions they need in a timely manner. • Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player – Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.

What you need to do the job:
• MA Pharmacy Technician State License required and PTCB required
• minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy technician experience required.
• Excellent Data entry skills required.
• Call center experience preferred, not required
• An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready
• Able to work a rotating work scheduled during the week that includes working 9 AM to 5:30 AM ET and 10:30 AM to 7 pm ET. - Monday through Friday
• Able to work on Saturday once a month.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
