? * Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.

? Required Skills and Qualifications:
? * High school diploma or equivalent.
? * Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (preferred).
? * Strong understanding of medical terminology.
? * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? * Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
? * Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
? * Detail-oriented and highly organized.
? * Previous experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
