Pharmacy Technician - In-Pharmacy Training to Semi-Remote Role
Description
We are excited to offer long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities for Pharmacy Technicians in a closed-door pharmacy and semi-remote settings. This position begins with essential in-pharmacy training before transitioning to the remote pharmacy technician role. Training hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Once training is complete, remote hours will be Monday to Friday from... either 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, with holidays and weekends off.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns over the phone
Accurately enter and manage patient orders in the pharmacy management system
Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible care for patients
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Must reside in Arizona due to on-site training requirements
Recent pharmacy technician experience is required
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Education Requirements Credential Category
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Experience Requirements
Experience in a pharmacy technician role is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills
