Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. One year pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program. Working knowledge of third-party claims process. Please see job description for a more thorough listing of requirements for this position.
Engagement Description A brief description of the project or initiative. Include:
Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team.
Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
Able to update Excel Spreadsheet for leadership review
Other duties as needed
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience The most important must-have skills. Include:
Retail Pharmacy experience at least 2 years
Strong computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc.)
