About the position
The Pharmacy Tech Liaison position at Stanford Health Care is a full-time role focused on assisting pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical services while ensuring compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Responsibilities
Ā Prepares, packages, compounds, and labels non-sterile drug products for specific patients with appropriate final pharmacist checks.

Ā Assists pharmacists in advanced tasks associated with patient care.

Ā Works seamlessly alongside hospital clinicians to serve patients both face-to-face and over the phone.
,
Ā Handles all medication needs of patients, ensuring adherence to medication regimens and securing refill prescriptions.

Ā Communicates effectively with the centralized Patient Service Center.
,
Ā Helps develop new processes to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
,
Ā Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
,
Ā Ability to adapt to and deal with change and ambiguity.
,
Ā Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
,
Ā Ability to solve problems and identify solutions.
,
Ā Strong interpersonal communication skills.
,
Ā Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice.

Ā Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and pharmacokinetics.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Knowledge of Hepatitis C, infectious disease, and/or oncology.
