About the job: The Pharmacy Sales Account is responsible, for the assigned customer panel, for promoting products and achieving sell-in and sell-out objectives (revenue targets, market share and implementation of MKTG and TM plans in the assigned area), monitored through detailed KPIs. Main responsibilities: Selects and visits pharmacies within the assigned territory according to the criteria defined by company strategy and the need to properly plan visits and customer coverage. Conducts promotional activities for assigned products, negotiates sales agreements on behalf of Opella in compliance with commercial guidelines and legal regulations, enhances the company’s image, and achieves sales targets. Provides sell-out consulting activities to the pharmacies in their area in order to help them meet agreed sales goals and is responsible for revenue and sell-out performance of every customer within their territory. Collects and enters orders through the CRM tool; performs detailed competitive analysis, addresses distribution and assortment gaps, and optimizes the layout of our portfolio to increase product rotation. Implements category management actions and strengthens scientific communication with partner clients, working in full synergy with scientific information providers for doctors and pharmacists to maximize sell-out of the Opella product portfolio. Establishes in-depth information and training activities with pharmacists and other authorized stakeholders on medicines, food supplements, and medical devices, managing order collection and direct sales within the limits of their operational autonomy, always aligned with company commercial policies and current regulations. Manages POP materials stored in the warehouse, conducting periodic visits to the stock point to retrieve and organize the materials. Verifies the presence of displays and the adequacy of previously installed marketing materials. Constantly checks product availability and rotation of Opella products at points of sale. Works in synergy with other company roles present in the same territory, sharing useful information to promote product visibility. Monitors the reference market and progress toward assigned market share objectives and proposes corrective actions when necessary. Surveys retail prices for Opella’s product list and competitor prices. Ensures precise and effective use of IT tools to guarantee proper transmission of activities to headquarters and DM, as well as continuous updating and analysis of sales data and all other KPIs for the assigned area, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities and providing clients with constant tracking and follow-up on targets. About you: Degree in Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar fields. 1–2 years of successful work experience in sales roles within mass retail or other channels. Strong individual and team result orientation. Ability to promote and share best practices with colleagues. Customer satisfaction mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with assigned clients/targets (pharmacies) in the relevant territories. Dynamism, leadership, and willingness to step outside one's comfort zone. Ability to adapt to rapid market changes and ongoing transformation.
