Pharmacy Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Program Manager to join CVS Health’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy programs, while providing strategic insights and direction to ensure successful program implementation. You will be a key partner to our internal stakeholders and external customers, and will be instrumental in setting and achieving our pharmacy program goals. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for making a difference in the pharmacy industry, then this is the opportunity for you. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in program and project management. You must also possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Spearhead the planning and implementation of pharmacy programs to meet CVS Health's objectives.
Ensure the successful execution of pharmacy program initiatives.
Develop strategic plans and objectives to guide program direction and success.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize program performance.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate program resources, budgets, and timelines.
Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting.
Identify and address program issues and challenges.
Ensure program compliance with established policies and regulations.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
