Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
Implementing patient care programs and services to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
Managing inventory, workflow, and financial performance to drive growth and profitability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:
An active pharmacy license in the state of employment
Immunization certification and listing on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
