This position is responsible for reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.

ā¢ Will be responsible for: Reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
Skills:
ā¢ Managed Care exp and Medicare/Medicaid knowledge Counseling
ā¢ Prior Authorization
ā¢ Pharmacy Benefit Management
Experience:
ā¢ Previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization.
ā¢ Appropriate state license required.
ā¢ Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skill, interpersonal skills and detail orientation important for this position
Education:
ā¢ High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. also required with at least two years experience as a pharmacist.
