Pharmacist in Charge in Cambridge, MA

Remote Full-time
A well-established home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and requires a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support compliance with the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy. This position provides a unique opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to serve as PIC without engaging in active pharmacy work.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Massachusetts, approximately monthly or quarterly, for site visits)

Position Type: Contract (ongoing, with flexible fee or direct hire arrangements)
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the official Pharmacist in Charge by maintaining and posting a valid North Dakota pharmacist license for the shipping operation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements for shipping diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medications.
• Provide oversight and maintain licensure status without the need for active pharmacy duties.
• Participate in periodic site visits to Massachusetts as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
• Active and clear North Dakota Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Prior experience or comfort in serving as a Pharmacist in Charge.
• Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to maintaining licensure.
• Flexibility to engage in a contract structure that aligns with the candidate's preferences, whether monthly fee or direct hire.
• Currently practicing pharmacist seeking supplemental income with minimal hands-on responsibilities.

This role is ideal for pharmacists looking for a flexible, low-commitment engagement that leverages their license without requiring active pharmacy practice. If you hold a North Dakota pharmacist license and are interested in this opportunity to support a growing shipping operation remotely, consider applying today.

Compensation for this position ranges from $60.00 to $72.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here . This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
