Pharmacist (100% Remote, PBM, Entry-level)

Pharmacist (Remote) Location: Remote (U.S. only; excluding CA, HI, VA) Schedule: Full-time, MF, with possible overtime during peak season Training: 1012 weeks, MF, 8:00 AM4:30 PM CST (No time off during training) Overview Join a remote team conducting utilization management reviews (e.g., prior authorizations, coverage exceptions). Work independently within a collaborative pharmacy team. Performance is measured by monthly quality and productivity goals. Key Qualifications • PharmD or BS in Pharmacy • 2+ years in retail, managed care, or clinical pharmacy • Active U.S. pharmacist license in good standing • Strong decision-making and multitasking skills • Self-motivated and results-driven Preferred Skills • PBM or Case/Care Management experience • Retail pharmacy background preferred • Proficient in Word, Excel, and basic IT troubleshooting • Typing speed of 35+ WPM Work Environment • 100% remote (must reside outside CA, HI, VA) • Licensure can be from any U.S. state • Shifts typically start between 910 AM CST • Weekend and holiday rotations based on seniority • Peak season: NovMay (overtime may be required) • Annual unpaid time off: 80120 hours (post-training) Why Apply?
