Pet Care Operations Coordinator, Pawfect Pet Sitter Full-Time, Remote | Anthem, Carefree, or Cave Creek, AZ $18/hour + 1% Monthly Sales Commission

Pawfect Pet Sitter has been caring for pets and their people in the north Phoenix area since 2018. We're a professional, team-based pet care company built on reliability, clear communication, and high standards. We're looking for someone who loves pets, loves people, and thrives in a role where every day keeps you on your toes.
What You'll Do
ā¢ Answer and return client phone calls promptly and professionally
ā¢ Respond to client emails with warmth and clarity
ā¢ Schedule client requests and assign the right sitter for each job
ā¢ Coordinate new sitter shadowing schedules
ā¢ Monitor sitter check-ins during your shift to ensure everything runs smoothly
ā¢ Follow up with potential clients from Thumbtack and other platforms
ā¢ Reach out to happy clients to request Google reviews
ā¢ Support light social media posting using AI-assisted captions and sitter-provided photos
ā¢ Step in as emergency backup pet sitting coverage when absolutely necessary
What We're Looking For
ā¢ A genuine love for pets (non-negotiable)
ā¢ Strong phone skills and a warm, professional communication style
ā¢ Background in customer service
ā¢ Experience with scheduling software and tech tools
ā¢ Comfortable working in Slack and ClickUp
ā¢ Self-motivated and reliable working independently from home
ā¢ Available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MST
ā¢ Must be located in Anthem, Carefree, or Cave Creek, AZ
