Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized service to every customer, assessing their needs and offering expert advice on pet care and products
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
Demonstrate a commitment to the ethical treatment of animals and maintain professional standards at all times
Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to create a collaborative and supportive store environment
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay current on industry trends and best practices
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet food, toys, and accessories, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs
Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing situations and priorities
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive business growth, and promote a positive and inclusive store culture

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
