Our mission is simple:
Deliver elite service and dominate our market The Role: Territory Sales Closer
Your ONLY job is to generate and close new business.
You will
• Work residential neighborhoods (door-to-door + warm leads)
• Close pest, termite, rodent exclusion, mosquito, and lawn programs
• Build and dominate assigned territories
• Follow a proven sales system
You will NOT:
• Perform pest control services
• Handle customer service issues
• Get bogged down in admin work
You SELL. We handle the rest.
Compensation (Uncapped)
• Base Pay: $3,000/month
• Commission: 10% of total contract value
• Performance Bonuses:
• $20K/month → +1%
• $30K/month → +2%
• $40K/month → +3%
Top reps earn $120K–$250K+ annually
What Success Looks Like
• $25K–$40K+ in new monthly revenue sold
• 20–40 daily customer conversations
• High close rate on warm opportunities
• Multiple services per customer (bundle selling)
