Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service to members by helping them find the perfect item for their home, office, or special occasion.
-Greet and engage customers in friendly conversation while taking their orders.
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sam's Club product offerings.
-Manage inventory and stock shelves.
-Process orders quickly and accurately.
-Assist with product returns and exchanges.
-Keep up-to-date on new products and promotions.
-Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment.
-Provide excellent customer service to all members.
