Key Responsibilities • Account Management: Handle daily service needs, coverage inquiries, and policy renewals. • Communication: Educate clients on exposures and exclusions via clear written and verbal correspondence. • Documentation: Process binders, certificates, and policies while maintaining precise digital files. • Underwriting: Quote and rate personal lines coverage for existing clients with technical accuracy.
