Personal Lines Brokerage Analyst
Job Description:
• Evaluate and process insurance renewal applications by assessing risk
• Determine appropriate coverage and pricing for personal lines insurance policies
• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
• Ensure all underwriting activities comply with Quality Control guidelines
• Perform additional job functions/responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines underwriting or a related role within the insurance industry
• Property & Casualty License and Surplus Lines License in resident state are required within 45 days of start date
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication (including exceptional telephone demeanor) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in insurance knowledge
