Personal Line Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to join an elite Michigan based agency as a remote employee. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized insurance solutions and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with company partners and internal claims and sales teams to provide a seamless experience for clients.
PLEASE NOTE: this position is available as fully remote for candidates in MICHIGAN ONLY.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing all their insurance needs.
β’ Review clients' insurance coverage regularly to ensure itβs adequate and identify any gaps.
β’ Offer expert advice on personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and specialized coverages.
β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
β’ Manage the placement of new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
β’ Ensure all client documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with industry regulations.
β’ Look for opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell insurance products within your client portfolio.
β’ Support the sales team in acquiring new clients by providing expert insurance knowledge.
β’ Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and generate business leads.
β’ Work with marketing and business development teams to improve client service offerings.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance.
β’ Experience with agency management applications such as AMS 360.
β’ Active Property & Casualty License.
β’ Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are highly desirable, but not required.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely.
β’ High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
