Position: Personal Learning / Career Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$55ā$75/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Build long-horizon career and study tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
ā¢ Develop scenarios for career artifacts ensuring every claim traces back to source work history.
ā¢ Create interview prep materials using verified background files and competency lists.
ā¢ Construct study plans respecting exam-date and hours-available constraints.
ā¢ Work on challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
ā¢ Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar.
ā¢ Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep.
ā¢ Comfortable with creating and reading career/learning artifacts: tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries.
ā¢ Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
